As I meet with and listen to many of you, amidst the excitement for an AI-fueled future of work I also hear uncertainty and even some fear.

But rest assured: the future of work also includes a lot of real people. Our needs for true connection and deeply human empathy won't ever disappear. And the workplace will continue to be one of the primary sources of those things.
