The $8 Trillion Cost of Disengaged Workers

The disengaged workforce costs the global economy $8 Trillion annually! That's close to 10% of global GDP. It's staggering.

And the numbers around engagement are shocking as well. Roughly 1 in 5 of global workers is engaged at work! Around 80% disengagement! 😦 Your organization is literally bleeding money because of this.

And while I strongly oppose anyone who would like to make this merely an economic challenge, rather than a deeply human one, businesses simply cannot afford to ignore the cost of their disengaged workforce.

Investing in thriving teams of real humans isn't optional for your organization to succeed.
